CHARACTERIZATION IN ROMEO AND JULIET (DEADLINE EXTENDED!)

Please use the comments function to post your response to the following question:

How does Act One serve as an important and effective opening to the play? In your response, comment on the manner in which Shakespeare establishes main characters, important relationships and key elements within the play.

Your response should be at least 150 words long and should address all the issues underlined above.


All responses must be submitted by Thursday, 17 March, 6pm. 
Saturday, 19th March, 7pm.

Any responses received after the cut off time will not be awarded marks.


To be fair to those who invest time and effort in crafting their response, all submissions will remain unpublished until after 6pm on Thursday 7pm on Saturday.


Note: This task entitles you to a bonus 2 marks for the next CA Component.

MID-YEAR EXAM PREPARATION

(Focus)

This workshop will focus primarily on exam skills in crafting a response to an essay question. Students will be given pointers on how to come up with good topic sentences and thesis statements.

Please ensure that you have had lunch before attending the workshop.

This is especially important for students who have SYF training sessions in the morning.
